AFAIK, we banned/prohibited the use of ftp for security reasons
(not that it's enforced or anything).

So has the admin done anything about full access to people on 
ihug accounts ?, do the admin all have ihug accounts ? or is this 
whole we run a secure machine policy just a show for the first 
years ? 

ie: why does this debate rage with people saying they want the 
machine safe and defending ftp not being available when i pointed 
out to the admin a while ago that ihug accounts have full access.
