He didn't accept his nomination.  I wrote a Progsoc-announce on Wednesday
saying that all nominations/seconds must be made by 12 noon Friday
(yesterday), and must be accepted/declined by 4pm.  Also that any
nominations that wasn't accepted or declined would be considered a
decline.
