[ProgSoc] Postgres

For those who are interested, PostgreSQL is up and running on sutekh (and can 
also be used by clients running on ftoomsh).

Postgres is a relational database like mysql, but has a lot more advanced 
features (like an object-relational model, subqueries, procedural SQL 
extensions, transactions, stored procedures, etc).

I've volunteered to be Postgres DBA, so e-mail me if you'd like a database.
