My machine at home keeps fairly bad time, but nothing like you 
mentioned. It always seems to be about 5 to 10 minutes wrong whenever I 
check and reset it (every month, say?).

Said machine is AMD K6/2-350 on Ali AlladinV m/b on Win2000.
