[ProgSoc] Interview with the Vampire

Hey,

I've gotta interview a programmer candidate guy tomorrow and basically
I've got no idea of what to ask .. anyone got any pointers? i.e. How
does one tell if a candidate is a good programmer in 10 minutes?
