i wouldn't worry too much about stuff like that. unstable has a
tendancy to break, which requires moving packages away which the
maintainers forgot about, and situations where two packages both claim
they own one file

(ie, realplay, last i looked, though it owned /usr/bin/X, which was
causing an upgrade of xserver to fail. this is obviously a bug in the
realplayer package. you can fix it by editing
/var/lib/dpkg/info/realplayer.list  in this case)
